Sir Mervyn is the last recruitable party member, and he joins after the events at the Tallest Tower. To gain access to this area, you will need to get the Magic Carpet first so you can gain access to the Palazzo di Bulgio.

Sir Mervyn has great offensive and defensive stats, but is very slow when compared to the other party members. Because of this, he's best used as a tank with vocations like Paladin and Jester so he can soak up attacks and status effects for his teammates.
