All Stats Explained
| Attribute | Explanation |
|---|---|
| HP | Value of how much health a character has remaining. Dropping to 0 HP makes the character unable to participate in battle. |
| MP | Value of how much Mana a character has remaining. Mana is used to cast Skills. |
| Attack | Determines Physical Strength of a character. Attack stat determines the damage of Physical Attacks. |
| Defence | Determines Durability of a character. Defence reduces the amount of incoming damage from attacks. |
| Strength | Strength is the base value of a character's Physical Strength, without considering the attribute bonuses from equipment. |
| Resilience | Resilience reflects the character's resistance to physical attacks, without considering attribute bonuses from equipment. |
| Magical Might | Determines the strength of a character's Magical Attacks. Magical Might influences the damage of a character's Spells, as well as increasing the rate of applying status ailments. |
| Magical Mending | Determines the value of a character's Healing Spells. Higher Magical Mending will result in stronger heals, and increased effectiveness of Revival Spells. |
| Agility | Determines a character's Evasion, and Action Priority. Higher Agility allows characters to dodge incoming attacks easier, as well as act before other characters or enemies. |
| Deftness | Affects a character's ability to seize the initiative in battle, as well as increase the success chance of escaping from battle. |
| Charm | Determines a character's attractiveness. High Charm stat allows characters to stun monsters by charming them, for several turns. |
How to Increase Stats
Increased When Leveling Up
Character Attributes automatically increase each time they level up. Certain character specialize in certain stats, like Maribel with Magic, while others can be more well-rounded and balanced, like the Hero.
Increased Via Equipment
Equipment, such as Weapons and Armor provide stat boosts, depending on the type of equipment you give to your characters.
As you progress the game, you will come across better equipment that give increased stats, so make sure to always check if your characters are using the most optimized builds!
Increased Using Seeds
Giving characters Stat Seeds also increase your character's attributes, depending on the type of Seed given. However, it's recommended to save this for the late game once you want to start heavily optimizing your builds.
