Standard Edition
The Standard Edition gives you the full base game with no extra bonuses or add-ons, outside of the Early Purchase Bonus and Platform Exclusive Purchase rewards. It’s the most affordable option and perfect if you just want to jump into the adventure without any extras.

Aside from the two-day Early Access bonus, the Digital Deluxe Edition includes three DLCs that provide extra content and bonuses. Also, as a note, these DLCs can also be purchased separately if you bought the Standard Edition of the game.
The Road to Regal Wretches unlocks bonus fights against the main villains from Dragon Quest 1, 2, and 3, Luminary's Livery gives you costumes based on the party members of Dragon Quest 11, and the Jam-Packed Swag Bag gives you a bunch of items and equipment to jump-start your adventure.
Early Access Starts at Different Times Depending on Platform
Depending on the platform that you're playing on, the start of Early Access will differ. Console versions start early at midnight local time on February 3, 2026, while PC versions will start later at 5 pm UTC on February 3, 2026.
Collector's Edition
Aside from the Deluxe Edition content, the Collector's Edition is packaged with physical goods such as the Ship in a Bottle, Commemorative Slime plushie, and Steelbook case. This is perfect for die-hard fans of the series who want something extra besides DLC bonuses.
How to Claim DLC and Bonuses
Claim Special Rewards in System Menu
To claim any DLC or bonus items, you will simply need to open the menu and select Claim Special Rewards in the System menu. Although, for The Road to Regal Wretches DLC, it's only accessible once you've progressed the story and unlocked the battle arena.
