Should You Give the Wooden Doll to Patrick?
Give the Doll For Lore Immersion
Based on Maeve's Dialogue, the Doll helped her to overcome her fears when she was younger, leaving it to you to find a better home for the Doll now.
Since Patrick's Dialogue shows him currently struggling with his fear of monsters, you can give him the Doll to continue the cycle, and allow the Doll to help another child.
Giving the Doll Results in Backup Arriving During Maeve Boss Fight
By giving the Doll to Patrick, the villagers will also be able to realize the situation and rally, heading towards you and Maeve before the final battle.
Aside from refusing the same mistake to happen again, the villagers will be able to apologize to Maeve. During the fight, Hanlon will also join your party temporarily.
Refuse the Doll for a Seed of Resilience
After the events in Ballymolloy, Patrick will be waiting in the Oddwoods, in front of the gravestones.
After a brief dialogue, Patrick will return the Doll to you, which you can refuse and allow him to keep the Doll, which will prompt him to give you a Seed of Resilience instead.

| Don't Give the Doll | Nothing happens, and the Doll remains in your inventory. |
Note: This Choice only appears if you did not give Patrick the Doll before the Maeve fight.
