Once you recruit Aishe and progress in the story, Jacqui will contact you via the Career Sphere.
Head to the Alltrades Abbey and talk to her and she will activate this feature for you, allowing you to start learning two vocations at once.

Once unlocked, use the Career Sphere and switch to the Moonlighting tab where you can select another Vocation.
By doing this. you can unlock extra skills, stat bonuses, and versatility without wasting time switching back and forth between vocations.
Another perk of Moonlighting to note is that this'll speed up the leveling of Vocational Proficiency since you won't be stuck to leveling just one anymore.
