Reduces defence while significantly increasing attack power and critical chance.
Exclusive to: Kiefer Kiefer
Mini Mayoress Mini Mayoress Let Loose: Shrew Operator
See through enemy resistances, making elemental attacks more effective.
Exclusive to: Maribel Maribel
Wolf Boy Wolf Boy Let Loose: Born to be Wild
Causes the user to perform two arbitrary actions per turn, before tiring and falling sleep.
Exclusive to: Ruff Ruff
Destiny Destiny's Dancer Let Loose: Perfect Lockstep
Allows a portion of the user's status effects to passed on to a neighbouring ally.
Exclusive to: Aishe Aishe
Chevalier Chevalier Let Loose: True Chivalry
Provides cover for the ally with the lowest HP and then delivers a counter-attack.
Exclusive to: Sir Mervyn Sir Mervyn

Default Vocations are the starting classes for the 6 main characters of Dragon Quest VII Reimagined.

These classes are exclusive to each character, and their unique stat bonuses and Let Loose abilities cannot be used by others.

Warrior Warrior Let Loose: Art of Chivalry
Provides cover for the ally with the lowest HP and then delivers a counter-attack.
Martial Artist Martial Artist Let Loose: Critical Stance
Adopt a supremely powerful pose which ensures a critical hit.
Mage Mage Let Loose: Mage's Rage
Guarantees that all of the user's spells will land critical hits for a few turns.
Priest Priest Let Loose: Born Again
Restores all allies' HP, removes any status ailments and revives any unconscious allies with a 100% success rate.
Dancer Dancer Let Loose: Tender Twostep
Allows a portion of the user's positive status effects to be passed on to a neighbouring ally.
Thief Thief Let Loose: Repeat Offender
Allows another action to be performed every time a status ailment is inflicted on an enemy.
Troubadour Troubadour Let Loose: Encore
A potent performance that temporarily reduces all allies' MP costs to 0.
Sailor Sailor Let Loose: Gritty Ditty
Significantly increases all allies' attack power and agility.
Shepherd Shepherd Let Loose: Wooly Bullies
Summons a flock of sheep that will merrily join in with the user's attacks.
Jester Jester Let Loose: Play the Fool
Prat about to deftly dodge attacks from enemies who will also be easier to provoke into fits of laughter.

There are 10 Beginner Vocations that are unlocked after completing the Alltrades Abbey questline. Each have their own unique movesets, allowing players to build their party in various ways early into the story.

Abandons all attempts at defence in order to dramatically increase the power of physical attacks.
Unlock Conditions:
Sage Sage Let Loose: Twocus Pocus
Allows spells that are cast to also unleash echoes of themselves.
Unlock Conditions:
Armamentalist Armamentalist Let Loose: Elementary
Makes use of a mastery of the elements to significantly increase elemental attack power and elemental resistance.
Unlock Conditions:
Pirate Pirate Let Loose: Deck the Swabs
Boosts attack power and defence with every attack that is unleashed and also restores HP to boot.
Unlock Conditions:
Luminary Luminary Let Loose: Showtime!
Makes it easier for all allies besides the user to get worked up.
Unlock Conditions:
Paladin Paladin Let Loose: Knight Watch
Adopts a knightly stance that reduces damage taken while increasing the likelihood of blocking attacks to its absolute maximum.
Unlock Conditions:
Monster Wrangler Monster Wrangler Let Loose: Positive Reinforcement
Makes it more likely that a powerful monster will answer the call when performing a summon.
Unlock Conditions:

The 7 Intermediate Vocations take combat up a notch with higher-tier skills and Let Loose abilities.

Unlike Beginner Vocations, Intermediate Vocations are unlocked by maxing out the vocational proficiency of select jobs.

Creates a pair of doppelgangers of the user, ensuring that the next attacking ability hits with three times the manpower!
Unlock Conditions:
Druid Druid Let Loose: That Special Summon
Summons a powerful spirit at the start of each turn for the next four turns.
Unlock Conditions (any two of the following):
Hero Hero Let Loose: Mark of the Hero
Allows the user to perform special abilities that are off-limits to anyone but true heroes.
Unlock Conditions (any three of the following):

The 3 Advanced Vocations is where you learn the strongest skills and powerful Let Loose abilities.

Advanced Vocations can only be unlocked by maxing out the vocational proficiency of certain Intermediate jobs.

There are a total of 26 Vocations in Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined, under four different types.

While six classes are automatically unlocked simply by recruiting party members, the rest of the jobs are unlocked via story progression and mastering a Vocation's Proficiency.
