Give Patrick the Doll
Before going to the Tower, it's highly recommended to give the doll to Patrick during the cutscene. This will make it so that you get reinforcements during the fight, increasing your overall damage output.
Should You Give the Wooden Doll to Patrick?
Exploit Their Fire Weakness
Similar to the previous boss, Maeve will be weak to Fire-type attacks. Again, have Kiefer and Maribel spam their Fire skills so that the boss goes down quickly.
Cast Buff to Increase Defenses
Unfortunately, Maeve is immune to Dazzle, meaning that her powerful physical attacks cannot be avoided. Because of this, it's highly recommended to cast Buff on the entire party to minimize the damage everyone takes.
Have the Hero Focus on Supporting
During the fight, Kiefer and Maribel will be spamming their Fire attacks every turn. This means that the Hero should take on a more supportive role, casting Buff and healing the lower HP ally when needed.

Maeve is fought in the Tower (Past) in Ballymolloy.
After learning more about the predicament that Ballymolloy is facing, Maeve will be fought as the final boss before resolving the curse on the town.
