How to Beat Nava's Knaves
Use Multi-Target Skills
Nava is fought alongside three Slime Knights, which should be dealt with by making use of Multi-Target Skills.
Maribel has access to skills like Sizzle or Bang which can deal damage to a group of enemies.
Do Not Use Skills When Bound is Active
If you are able to get Hero Worked Up, use the Let Loose from his Fledgling Fisherman vocation to provide a shield to all allies.
This allows the party to tank Hans' AoE skills, ensuring your survival, and maintaining enough HP for the next battle.
Stay at Green HP as Much as Possible
Nava's skills can deal high amounts of damage to the entire party, with the added threat of her Multi-target skills like Crackle.
Try to keep your party healthy as much as possible, to avoid instances where Nava is able to wipe out most, if not all of your party members with one cast.
