How to Beat Florin
Use Bang and Lightning Slash
Florin is weak to both Bang and Lightning Slash, making Maribel and Kiefer effective damage dealers.
Both Kiefer and Maribel's Let Loose abilities also increase their damage output, which can help shorten the boss fight.
Use Buff on All Party Members
Florin's Let Loose ability causes him to deal damage to the entire party, with a chance to stun. Once Florin successfully stuns any ally, their turn is essentially wasted, forcing you to use Heal or Items to ensure their survival.
To offset this, cast Buff on all Allies from the start of the match to ensure that by the time Florin Lets Loose, most, if not all your allies already have their defence up.
Use Ruff as Secondary Support
Ruff's skills can deal decent damage against Florin, but falls slightly behind Maribel and Kiefer due to their elemental advantage. You can use Ruff as a secondary support, dealing damage when the party is healthy, but using Ruff's turn to use Items to recover HP or MP as needed.
Lala will also join your party temporarily against Florin, which also provides a decent amount of support through her skills.
