You can remove this Attachment Skill from a Digimon who has learned it so that you can equip it on another Digimon.

You can purchase a Skill Disc for Guard Break at the Skill Disc shop in Abyss Beach for 4000 yen. If it's not currently available at this shop, you may need to progress the story first. The Disc Shop in Abyss Beach will become unavailable after you leave Iliad, but can be accessed again later on in the game.
Guard Break becomes available in shops during the On the Shores of Another World main mission.
