Purchase from In-Between Theater
You can purchase a Skill Disc for Ripping Net from the bartender at the In-Between Theater for 3000 yen. If it's not currently in your In-Between Theater shop, you may need to progress the story first. More items are added into this shop after completing main missions.
How to Enter the In-Between Theater
Purchase from Abyss Beach Disc Shop
You can purchase a Skill Disc for Ripping Net at the Skill Disc shop in Abyss Beach for 3000 yen. If it's not currently available at this shop, you may need to progress the story first. The Disc Shop in Abyss Beach will become unavailable after you leave Iliad, but can be accessed again later on in the game.
