How to Get Frostcursed Plate Cloak
Head to the Sanctum of Expiation
The Sanctum of Expiation is located northwest of Demeniss, near the Chattering Rocks area. If you're planning to snag the whole Frostcursed Armor Set, the Frostcursed Plate Helm is located beside the Sanctum of Expiation, on the southern side of Chattering Rocks.
