Get this Tungsten Ingot in the southwest building in Wincestre Seminary in Wincestre. Go inside by breaking the glass window on the left side of the building, on the top. Destroy the wooden plank on the top once inside and move the obstacle to use it as a stepping stone. Climb up and loot the chest to get the ingot.
