Go to Clausentum Bandit Hideout, located in the southeast part of Hamtunscire, and look for the Goliath in there. You can get the Tungsten Ingot by defeating him and looting his dead body.

Find and go to the statues in Clausentum Bandit Hideout, located in the southeast part of Hamtunscire, to get this Tungsten Ingot. Break the stone on the ground once there, head down, and get the ingot inside the chest.
