Go to the nameless bandit camp, south of Tonbridge Monastery in Cent, to get this Nickel Ingot. You can get it on a locked chest on a cart. Kill the Arbalist on top of a tree to get the key and unlock the chest. You'll get the Nickel Ingot after opening the chest.
