You can get this stone from the east side of the Heimdall's Tower, located on the northwestern part of Asgard. Destroy the breakable wall and get the stone from the chest.

Behind a breakable section of rubble built on the side of a rocky pillar. Destroy it to gain access to the chest.

The chest rests under a tent on the banks of the north side of Heimdall's Tower.

It is inside of the mountain where Heimdall's Tower is built on; there is a small gap in the mountain you can enter. The chest is hidden beneath a breakable floor section. Destroy it and claim the treasure.
