Get these raw materials inside the church in Brimcliff Monastery, located on the southeast side of Suthsexe. Force open the door and the chest with your crew to get the materials.

Go to the furthest room of the church in Brimcliff Monastery, located in the southeast part of Suthsexe. Get inside the room by climbing the door. Open the door to get your crew inside and get help in opening the chest. You'll receive the raw materials after opening the chest.
