Start by initiating a conversation with Bertha. She will ask for your aid in composing a love poem for Aldwyn. IMPORTANT: You can finish this world event early by choosing the "Speak of his beauty and charm." option right way. This results in Aldwyn rejecting Bertha's feelings. Choose the "Let me look around for clues." dialogue option to unlock a another option that leads to a more positive ending for this world event. |

Three clues are scattered around Aldwyn's house. Investigate each one to unlock a new dialogue option for Bertha. TIP: Use Odin's Sight to highlight objects of interest. |

Speak to Bertha again. Choosing the new dialogue option results in a cutscene where Aldwyn opens the door to speak with us. IMPORTANT: You have a choice to either lie or tell Aldwyn the truth regarding the poem's composer. Lying to Aldwyn results in his acceptance of Bertha's feelings. Telling Aldwyn the truth results in the rejection of Bertha's feelings. Aldwyn will offer his affection towards you instead, leading to a romance option. The world event ends after the cutscene. |
