Tekla appears at the longhouse with a quest marker after a few in-game days since completing The Baker's Plaint quest. Completing the following settlement buildings may also be required to trigger this particular event:

Man of Mystery - Find out who Guthban is.png
Find out who "Guthban" is		 Ask the saxon members of Ravensthorpe about Guthban's true identity.
Speak to Tarben to initiate a cutscene.

Man of Mystery - Follow Tarben to the bandit hideout.png
Follow Tarben to the bandit hideout		 Speak to Tarben again outside his bakery to initiate the trip.

Man of Mystery - Speak with the bandits
Speak to the bandits' leader		 A cutscene will play out as soon as you open the door.

Man of Mystery - Recover the goods.png
Recover the goods		 Head to Glen Ford Camp located west of the hideout and look for the goods.
You can either storm in through the front or sneak inside Glen Ford Camp.

Man of Mystery - Return the item to Wilf with Tarben.png
Return to Wilf with Tarben		 Enter the bandit hideout to initiate another cutscene.

Man of Mystery - Escort Tarben back to the settlement.png
Escort Tarben back to the settlement		 The quest finishes once you and Tarben return to the bakery in Ravensthorpe.
