The quest in Ulkerthorpe Fort immediately after the Old Friends quest.

Quest Walkthrough

On Borrowed Time - Speak with Vili.png
Speak with Vili		 Speak with Vili at the northern gate of Ulkerthorpe Fort to initiate a cutscene.
Follow him to Stoneburgh afterward.

On Borrowed Time - Reach Stoneburgh.png
Reach Stoneburgh		 Approach Stoneburgh's gate to trigger a cutscene.

On Borrowed Time - Search for survivors.png
Search for survivors		 Fill the progress bar by rescuing villagers stuck inside burning houses and incapacitated on the streets.
Vili will ask for your aid once the bar is filled.

On Borrowed Time - Bring the villager to safety.png
Bring the villager to safety		 Take the remaining pair of survivors to Trygve at Stoneburgh's gate.
A cutscene will play out once you arrive at the designated area.

On Borrowed Time - Find and speak to Vili.png
Find and speak to Vili		 Travel to Kinder Downfall and speak to Vili to initiate a cutscene.
Dialogue options during the cutscene are inconsequential to the overall story.
TIP: Use Raven's-Eye View to determine his exact location.

On Borrowed Time - Reach Hemthorpe
Reach Hemthorpe's longhouse		 Travel to Hemthorpe and enter Hemming's quarters inside the longhouse to trigger a cutscene.

On Borrowed Time - Find and speak to Trygve.png
Find and speak to Trygve		 Head to Odin's Rest located north from Hemthorpe and speak to Trygve to initiate a cutscene.
The quest finishes after the cutscene.
