1 Ishomoeps Ishomoeps almost 5 years

I have a problem with that qyest. I spoke with Halfdan before activating the quest at Jorvik. Now that the quest is requiring me to speak with him I cannot: he just keeps glowing green without speaking trigger. I tried to gather the axe anyway, but it doesn't apear. Am I the only one with this problem?
