How to get:

Find Ruined Tower near Scotthoh Farm northeast of Norwic, and head there. You can find the Book of Knowledge under the tower. Break the wooden plank to access the underground passage. Jump down, destroy the breakable wall using the explosive jar, and get the Book of Knowledge.

How to get:

Move to Chertsey Abbey Ruins, located at the northwestern part of Suthsexe. Remove the obstacles inside the tower and climb it. Get the Book of Knowledge lying on the floor.
