Jona Basta's C0064 version is not just a strong and capable pilot for the Phenex (NT), but for any mobile suit with the Generic, Prototype, High Mobility, Gundam-Type, and Unicorn-type unit categories. He gives these mobile suits Ranged Sense and Evasion buffs that will help them avoid getting hit while dealing increased damage to enemy units.

As long as Jona isn't put into any melee-focused mobile suits, he is a versatile asset for any player that likes using ranged units.

The Phenex (NT Version) is a Generic mobile suit that makes its enemies take more Beam and Projectile damage for 20 seconds. Jona gives this unit Evasion buffs that will help it survive the battle and keep debuffing enemies while its allies go in for the kill.

The pair constitute one of the best debuffing units in the game, particularly for raids where the Phenex (NT Version) can repeatedly use its EX Skill.
