Alma is a pilot who grants 95% melee sense on EX activation to Blue-types, 38% melee sense to Close Combat category units, and another 38% to units with the Prototype tag. This makes Alma a decent substitute pilot for Blue-type melee attackers like the Byarlant Custom and the regular Gundam. While they won't get the bonus granted to Close Combat categories, they'll be able to benefit from the other 2.

This pilot also grants stacking accuracy on evading with a maximum of 65% for Close Combat units, but there are only a handful of Close Combat units in the game, and none of them other than the signature MS are Blue-types, which means they'll also miss out on the biggest melee sense buff this unit offers. Additionally, not all Close Combat units have evasion built into their kit, so this skill might be useless to them as well.

Finally, Alma grants 10% evasion to those with the unit category tags of One Year War and High Mobility. These tags are among the most common in the game, so you can find some value by putting Alma on a unit that needs evasion if there's nowhere else to put her in and if there aren't any better options.

Alma is excellent in her signature mobile suit and a decent substitute pilot for Blue-type melee units. Once more Blue-type Close Combat units arrive in the game, she'll be excellent as a substitute pilot for them too.

Alma increases the Titania's evasion by 20%, bringing the total up to 70%. While you can find pilots who will bring that total evasion up even higher, Alma will still be better given how she also grants a bunch of melee sense buffs as well as up to 65% more accuracy. Melee sense helps the Titania thrive better in melee combat while the accuracy is very nice to have since the Titania by itself doesn't have any.
