Sarah Zabiarov Review

Sarah Zabiarov isn't like a lot of the recently released units who only thrive in their signature mobile suit. This is because she grants 20% evasion to Red-type units and 77% more melee sense for the first 30 seconds of combat to Raid-category units. That said, she'll be a quite decent substitute pilot for a lot of other units since Red Raid units are quite common. Moreover, because they're raid units, they have similar kits that benefit a lot from both of these bonuses. Units like the Char's Zaku II, Banshee, and Kshatriya are all units who come to mind and fit the criteria.

She grants even more bonuses to units under the unit categories of Titans-Affiliated, Blue Mobile Suit, and Transforming Unit. These buffs are a 57% melee sense buff, a stacking melee sense buff on evading of up to 250%, and a stacking reaction buff on evading of up to 65% respectively. Only the Messala, its signature mobile suit, can benefit from all these buffs, but the Gaplant can also benefit from 3 of its 5 buffs.

Sarah's entire kit perfectly compliments the Messala. She allows it to reach more than 100% evasion and grants up to 384% more melee sense, which is a huge amount. Finally, she gives up to 65% more reaction, which boosts the MS' survivability even more.

Some of this pilot's skills have conditions to activate like using the EX skill or evading, but these are some things that the Messala does at a high level anyway. The only downside to this pairing is how the Messala only has 1 melee weapon, meaning it won't be able to make use of this massive melee sense as often as Close Combat units or Raid units with 2 melee weapons. However, when it finally gets to use its Beam Saber, expect it to hit hard.
