When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Summer Celica are +Atk and -Def. Atk is a superboon and boosts Celica's Atk from base 48 to base 52, maximizing her damage output especially with Pious Offering's 【Echo Style】 both granting her a Brave effect and reducing her overall damage.
Summer Celica's Def is her least important stat and can be safely taken as a bane as it won't impact any of her matchups.
We recommend +Spd when merging Summer Celica up to +10 to keep her competitive against the fastest metagame foes. Her damage output at full investment will be sufficient to defeat any foe that isn't a dedicated tank, allowing her to focus on Spd instead to ensure she can both generate and prevent follow-up attacks.

Summer Celica's base kit is already good enough to function as an offensive unit. Emblem Celica Ring allows her to warp in case her foes have a Bulwark effect, but isn't completely necessary.

Summer Celica is a ranged magic attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Res stat.

Summer Celica's exclusive weapon Pious Offering grants her bonus Atk/Spd equal to 6 + 20% of her Spd, up to +25 bonus true damage, a Null Follow-Up effect, and Special cooldown charge +1 per attack during combat.
Pious Offering has multiple offensive effects that allow Summer Celica to deal significant damage to her foes.
More importantly, Pious Offering allows Summer Celica to use 【Echo Style】 and modify her offensive capabilities.

The best effect of Pious Offering is access to Echo Style.
【Style】 effects are manually activated by the player using the Style button and change how Emblem Lyn attacks.
Echo Style in particular allows Summer Celica to attack foes up to 3 spaces away once per turn, and grants Summer Celica a Brave effect at the cost of only dealing 60% of her usual damage output per attack.
This effect allows Summer Celica to attack foes from a further distance than most other units, giving her tremendous threat range. While the reduced damage can be detrimental at times, especially against dedicated tank units, the Brave effect can allow Summer Celica to burst down her foes quickly before they can retaliate.
Summer Celica's exclusive B skill Holy Soul of Zofia grants her 【Canto (Dist.; Max 3)】 and inflicts Spd/Res-7, 【Sabotage】, and 【Discord】 on closest foes and foes near the target foes at the start of each turn.
In combat, Holy Soul of Zofia inflicts Spd/Res-5 onto Celica's foe and grants Celica bonus true damage equal to 20% of her Spd, a Miracle effect, and 7 HP post-combat healing.
Holy Soul of Zofia softens up Celica's foes and grants her extra offensive effects to allow her to burst down her foes, while also giving her a Miracle effect to survive combat. The 7 HP post-combat healing can refresh her Miracle effect as well, making Celica require getting hit twice before being defeated.

Summer Celica's Harmonized Skill neutralizes all【Penalty】 effects, restores 40 HP, and grants 【Resonance: Blades】 to Celica and allies from similar titles when activated.
Take note that Celica's Harmonized Skill cannot be activated when she has Pious Offering equipped due to Pious Offering enabling 【Echo Style】!
While 【Echo Style】 grants a brave effect and increases Summer Celica's threat range, the reduced damage output will render Celica unable to burst down modern metagame tanks, especially those with multiple true damage reduction effects.
Summer Celica excels in bursting down frail and normal bulk units, especially with 【Echo Style】 and 【Canto (Dist.; Max 3)】. Leave the tank busting duties to her allies instead.
Summer Celica takes 1.5x damage from cavalry-effective weapons like Thani or Binding Reginleif, and one blow from this type of weapon will deal significant damage. Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!

Summer Celica can take down any armored unit even black knight, V.Rhea,snake and F.F Alear, with right inherit skill and sacred skill, can target foe from a far, Not only that, it has has built in miracle. 9.9 for me.
