This map has no reinforcements and no refresher foes, making a Hit and Run strategy viable. The map's layout makes this strategy very easy; with both the Axe Knight and the Green Mage in range immediately and the trees blocking off both Mycen and Brave Alm from reaching your units after you've used Canto or movement assists like Reposition.
The enemies will not move until you either attack them, or step into the danger area.
On turn one, use a ranged unit to defeat the Axe Knight or the Green Mage, then use Canto, refresher assists, and/or movement assists like Reposition to retreat away from the danger area.
The enemies will march forward, but due to the distance, will be unable to reach your units.
Simply pick them off one at a time, taking care to remain outside the threat range of the remaining enemies. Prioritize defeating Mycen and Brave Alm first, as they are capable of bursting down your units if they get a chance to attack. Neither of them have Distant Counter effects, allowing you to pick them off with ranged units without fear of retaliation.
You can also adopt a tanking strategy to clear this map, as none of the enemies in this map are too threatening except for Mycen and Brave Alm.
Brave Alm has a built-in Windsweep effect, but his low Spd stat renders him unable to utilize this if you are fielding an invested Sword Infantry tank. However, if you are using a slow, bulky tank like the free Attuned Hector given to all players, Brave Alm can prevent your counterattacks but not deal too much damage, as his only source of true damage is Speedtaker 4, which uses his lackluster Spd stat.
Mycen has a pre-charged Bonfire and uses Momentum 4 to apply additional damage. Ensure your tank unit can withstand his initial attack by providing adequate support behind him/her. Seteth is a good budget option for this role with his refined Spear of Assal.
As long as your tank unit can survive both Mycen and Brave Alm, this map shouldn't be too difficult. The other generic units do not pose a threat at all compared to these two.
The enemies will engage but be defeated by your tank units if they have sufficient investment and/or support.
A good unit to use on this map is the free Attuned Hector that players received from the A Hero Rises 2025 Voting Gauntlet victory. He can retaliate at any range, is incredibly bulky with his base kit and 【Divine Vein (Stone)】 terrain, and even has a 【Bulwark】 effect to protect the support units behind him. His weakness (Sweep effects) is present on Brave Alm, but Brave Alm will not be able to burst down Hector easily. Just bring a unit whose sole purpose is to defeat Brave Alm on player phase to easily defeat this map.
Simply park Attuned Hector in between the two trees in the middle of the map and place a support unit behind him.
