i forgot that u would have to change the special if u used LF4, but frost moon could be a good option. Then u wouldn't need the piercing aspect of tempo, either.
Also, on the IV, wouldn't it be better to take a bane on the highest stat, so he would be better suited to making sure all his stats are lower than his teammates? Def,,as u said, is already low, so it will likely be raised anyways. If u reduce speed for example, it will make it more likely a teammate will have higher speed (& thus raise his speed). This is a new hero archetype for me, so I'm not entirely certain if this is how he works. I really like these heroes with unique aspects.
Wouldn't a tempo X skill & laguz friend 4 be a better build? He has some DR in his weapon, so combined with LF4 it could be useful, especially near heroes w high stats.... unless I'm thinking of it wrongly? I hate having to build a hero just to see if they're actually useful in the manner I'm thinking of using them. Then, if u calculate wrong, u have to wait 3 months to save up enough grails to build up a replacemnt.
