Pull for Rearmed Ingrid!

Rearmed Ingrid debuts with Arcane Lúin, the second Arcane Lance weapon that is specifically catered to speedy and defensive fliers. As a weapon, it grants her several effects based on Spd. Aside from the usual Special cooldown reduction and additional +5 on all stats, she can Dull Spd/Def on combats and True Damage based on the 20% of her Spd. On combats where she outspeeds foes, the weapon grants her Null Follow-Up, neutralizing effects that prevent her from making follow-up attacks and foe's guaranteed follow-up attacks.

She also comes with Guard Bearing 4, a defensive skill exclusive to flying units that now inflicts Spd/Def penalties on foes. It is a huge upgrade from Guard Bearing 3 where it only reduces damages from foe's first attacks. Now, it provides damages from all attacks during enemy-phase combats including area-of-effects special.

As a source unit, Ingrid has Arcane Lúin and Guard Bearing 4 as good inheritance options. Since she is a rearmed hero, she won't leave your barracks the first time you use her as a source unit!

Felix is also a great option!

Felix is also one of the best units to come out of this banner. He is a speedy swordsman capable of moving forward without needing ally support. He is packed with skills that grant him damage reductions that add to his survivability. Additionally, Lone Wolf allows him to inflict Atk/Spd/Def-5 on foes with the only condition of having no allies around him during combat.

As a source unit, Felix is loaded with amazing inheritance options. He is the first hero to hold Godlike Reflexes and Atk/Spd Finish 4 in the regular summoning pool. On top of that, he also has Spd Smoke 4 and the very first Atk/Spd Bulwark 3. It's even possible to get most of them in one go!

We do not recommend spending your orbs here. Since this is a normal summoning banner, all new heroes will be automatically added to the pool once the banner concludes, meaning that you can still get them after on other focus banners or as pity breaks.

Also, with the majority of the players pulling on A Hero Rises 2023, it is advisable to save your orbs for better banners to come in the future.
