Spring Karla is the star of this banner with her Sisterly War Axe repeatedly providing Special cooldown charges allowing her to trigger her Special often, which enables her tankbusting capabilities by ignoring damage reduction and defensive Specials.
She also has a very impressive stat spread with the highest Spd in the game as of the time of her release at base 47, with a base 45 Atk as well. Both of these offensive stats are also superboons, providing that extra stat to make her job easier.
Finally, her Harmonized skill grants Special cooldown count -2, Atk+6, and 【Resonance: Blades】 to herself and all allies from Blazing Blade and Heroes. With a proper team composition, this effect can set up your entire team to clear the foes in one turn.
