Valentine's Elise is the clear star of this banner with her complete base kit, including five valuable inheritable skills, and amazing stat spread.

She brings the first offensive Special for Staff units in Holy Pressure, and an upgraded Wrathful Staff 3 in Poetic Justice.

As a unit, she has impressive 43/46 offenses, deals 15% of her foe's Atk as bonus damage through Poetic Justice, and can apply both Flash and 【Gravity】 onto multiple foes. Her Duo Skill also grants 【Dominance】 to herself and her nearby allies, while inflicting Def/Res-7 onto multiple foes.

While Valentine's Elise is a powerful hero and definitely worth spending orbs on, February is the best month in FEH with the Anniversary Hero Fest currently live and A Hero Rises 2023 coming at the end of the month. Both of these banners are better uses of orbs, especially if you have saved up a decent stash.

When this banner goes live, the Fomortiis and Gotoh Mythic Hero banner will still be live for a few days. Spending orbs there is also worthwhile.

Use your better judgment when determing which banner to spend your orbs on. We recommend waiting for the A Hero Rises 2023 banner at the end of the month.
