Bertram: Dread Cavalier Strategy

Bring a blue tank that can withstand the left side!

Using a refresher unit, you can place a blue tank unit on the left side, directly to the right of the wall, to bait and eliminate the entire left side of the map.

Summoners who picked Brave Eirika for their free hero during Choose Your Legends 5 can use her for this role. She can even player phase the Red Fafnir and use Canto to retreat to the spot mentioned above to tank the other two units during enemy phase!

Otherwise, any built blue tank unit will do as long as they can reliably perform follow-up attacks on enemy phase and deal a lot of damage.

Bring Reginn!

Reginn is a free hero given out by clearing Book 5, Chapter 1, map 5. Even the free, neutral, unmerged Reginn will be enough to eliminate the Green Manakete and use Canto to retreat to safety on turn one. You'll need to use a refresher unit to get Reginn in place for the snipe.

The Green Manakete will prove to be difficult to deal with otherwise due to Sturdy Impact negating your follow-up attack and Lunge dragging your units out of position. It's best to just defeat it on turn one to save yourself a headache.

Bring two refresher units

As mentioned above, two refresher units will help get both the blue tank and Reginn into position.

It doesn't matter which refresher units you use, as long as they have their refresh skills equipped. Peony and Olivia are given out for free, you may use those two for this role.
