The Lance Knight has D/R Near Save 3, which will means that they will swoop in and take damage for their allies when you attack with a melee unit.
This could be annoying, especially when you want to take out a crucial target.
You could either take out this Lance Knight early or use a ranged unit to attack the enemy units nearby.
Dagr has her Special up on Turn 1, which means that whoever she attacks will be receiving a lot of damage, potentially one-shotting them.
Try to take her out before she attacks, preferably with a magic user as she has extremely high Def and has Deflect Missile 3, which makes bows and daggers less effective.
Having a tanky unit that can sustain themselves will greatly help in clearing this map, as they can take damage from several of the enemy units, especially the reinforcements.
A well-built blue tank like Brave Hector can hold his own pretty well, especially if he has Sol as his Special to keep healing.
Units that have brave weapons like Reinhardt or Ninja Lyn will greatly help in one-shotting units on this map.
Make sure you either use a Dancer or a positional assist like Draw Back or Reposition to get them back to safety after they attack!
