Ashnard's Special is available on the first turn, so don't let him attack your units.
Defeat him with a ranged magical attack, as his Def is quite high.
Ashnard has Sudden Panic 3, which will turn bonuses into penalties if your units are adjacent to each other.
You can counter this by using Harsh Command+ and using the first turn to spread your units out.
This map can be cleared faster if you use a tanky green unit on the left to take out the Green Cavalier and the Lance Fighter or a tanky red unit on the right to take out the Red Flier and the Axe Fighter.

Infernal: Spread out on round 1. Send Legendary Hector left, F!Ike to the right. Reinhardt holds back for a bit. Using sing/dance, you can keep everybody separated. After the sides are cleared, Hector and F!Ike should be just fine between Reyson's passive heal and Ike's self healing special. Reinhardt rides in to nuke the Lance Dragon, then refresh him with Reyson's sing. Use draw back to get them both out of danger. Move Hector in to absorb Ashnard's attack. Finish him off with Reinhardt.
