Solution

1. Move Byleth 1 space left and 1 space north and take out the green manakete.
2. Move Dimitri to the space left of Byleth and take out the lance dragon. He can move 3 spaces because of Odd Tempest 3.
3. Dimitri will take out 1 unit in this enemy phase.
4. Move Byleth 2 spaces left and take out the green manakete.
5. Move Dimitri to the space above Byleth and take out the lance dragon. His special will activate and deal AoE damage.
6. Dimitri will take out 2 units in the enemy phase.
7. Odd Tempest 3 will allow Dimitri to storm the lance knight in the upper right corner of the map. Take said unit out.
8. Finally, take out the last unit with Byleth.
