The best character to pull from this summon is Lilith. Lilith has a very powerful skillset when paired with another support ally. Lilith can both warp to a support ally, and gain +5 to all stats when she is near the support ally.

Midori and Rinkah are also powerful!

Midori and Rinkah are both very good physical tanks with all range counterattack skills. Midori's skills that reduce the foes' Atk while raising her own, while Rinkah has a powerful weapon that will give her +5 to all stats when an enemy initiates combat.

Forrest is available at 4 Star Rarity!

This banner's 4 Star Summon is Forrest. In addition to his 5 Star appearance rate, his 4 Star version has a 3% appearance rate, making it pretty easy to pull him. If you really want this unit, you can just shoot for a 4 Star version and then unlock his potential to make him a 5 star.
