When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.

The best IVs for Lissa are +Def and -Atk. A +Def IV helps her balance her defensive stats. This is ideal for maximum survivability. Unlike other staff units, she is not built to effectively chip-off HP from foes so Atk is of less importance and can be taken as a bane. This makes her one of the less effective users of Gravity+

How to Use, Explanation
A Gravity+ option for Lissa. Make sure to get the Dazzling Staff upgrade to protect her from counterattacks. Wings of Mercy 3 allows her to warp to allies that are in need of heals. You could also take Wrathful Staff 3 if you prefer.

Lissa Roles, Strengths, and Weaknesses
Lissa Roles
Lissa is a ranged magic attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Res stat.
Lissa Strengths
Gravity limits enemy movement
Lissa's Gravity+ prevents target foe and foes within 1 space of target to 1 sace of movement through their next action. This is applied after Lissa attacks said enemy. If combined with Dazzling Staff and a movement-assist skill from an ally such as Draw Back, Lissa can continuously kite an enemy while dealing little chunks of damage. This is very useful for setting up kills for your Arena bonus units. You can also go with her default Wrathful Staff 3 to deal more damage, but be wary of units that can counterattack her. Access to weapon upgrades that boost her effectiveness!
Lissa's staff can be upgraded in the weapon refinery to have a built-in effect. Your 2 choices are either the Wrathful Staff 3 or the Dazzling Staff 3 effects. With this upgrade option, she can still effectively harrass enemies despite her very low damage output. The former can be used to increase her damage and the latter is to protect her from counterattacks so she can apply Gravity+'s effects on the enemy team indefinitely.
Good sustain and survivability
In addition to having the ability to heal allies, Lissa also has Renewal 3 which restores 10 HP to her at the start of every second turn. This is on top of her decent defensive stats! Her Spd, Def and Res are alll not far from average so you can expect her to take counterattacks well too if you are rocking the Wrathful Staff 3 upgrade.
Lissa Weaknesses
Low damage output
Lissa's Spd is enough to protect her from some follow-up attacks, but it is not enough to score some of her own. Coupled with her bad Atk stat, do not expect her to dish out tons of damage even with the Wrathful Staff 3 upgrade.
