Drinking a Revitalizing Potion will instantly repair your shield, and also restores Link's health by eight. And, you can use this twice!
For people who are using the breakable shields like Wooden Shields and Iron Shields, this can be helpful especially for the earlier stages of the game.
Revitalizing Potion ++ can be obtained after upgrading it with the necessary materials.

Hold down the R Button on the right Joy-Con to bring up the Pouch menu. Point the controller at the Revitalizing Potion ++ and let go of the R Button to equip it.
With the Revitalizing Potion ++ on hand, press the A-button on the right Joy-Con to use it.
