To get a general idea of the location, open the map menu, press the R button to move to the Segments tab and display all FN Sites, and locate FN Site 304 using the images above.

Probes in FN Sites can be used to mine for Miranium and Precious Resources, while also generating Credits for the player. Additionally, some Data Probes can aid players in combat, so be sure to activate as many FN Sites as possible.
