To clear this Global Nemesis Mission, the RP of the Nemesis boss will need to be reduced to zero. Whenever a player reduces a nemesis' HP to zero, its RP will go down.

• Clear Builders of a Legacy
• Available twice a week, sometime on Monday and Friday via the Network Console

This Global Nemesis Mission can be accepted at the Online Missions menu in the Network Console.
To complete this mission, you must first join a squad and then contribute to defeating Telethia Plume, a powerful Global Nemesis fought in online multiplayer content.
