| ・Gather information about Aisha in the Lower Administrative District. ・Meet Mathias at the Integrated Production Plant in the Industrial District ・Follow Mathias to Primordia's Cliffside Beach. ・Defeat a Shallows Grex at Primordia's Cliffside Beach. ・Gather three units of Kiran Catnip in Primordia. ・Give the Kiran Catnip to Mathias at Primordia's Cliffside Beach. ・Defeat the Greedy Forfex at Primordia's Cliffside Beach. ・Head to the Administrative District to check in on Mathias and Aisha. |

| 1 | Talk to Mathias in New Los Angeles' Barista Court to start Nine Lives. ► New Los Angeles (NLA) Map Guide |
| 2 | After the cutscene, proceed to the lower Administrative District and look for the informant NPC with a yellow smiling icon above their head. The NPC is located around the hangar, close to where Doug hangs out. ► Doug Arts, Skills, and How to Recruit |
| 3 | After gathering information about Aisha, go to the Industrial District, specifically the Integrated Production Plant, and then talk to Mathias to progress Nine Lives. |
| 4 | Next, follow Mathias to Primordia's Cliffside Beach and defeat the Shallows Grex attacking him. After the battle, a cutscene will trigger where you will meet Aisha, the cat, for the first time. |
| 5 | To lure Aisha, you need to give three Kiran Catnips to Mathias at Primordia's Cliffside Beach. Kiran Catnips are collectibles located in Primordia, specifically FN Site 103. ►Primordia Region Map Guide |
| 6 | After collecting three Kiran Catnips and talking to Mathias at Primordia's Cliffside Beach, a cutscene will trigger and a Greedy Forfex will show up. Defeat it and then head to the Administrative District to check in on Mathias and Aisha. |
| 7 | After Nine Lives ends, you will unlock the Abyssinian pet and also other rewards! |
