Effect Moderately increase velocity when positioned toward the front on the third corner in the second half of the race. Or, kick forward hard when toward the front on the backstretch late-race.

Victory Cheer! has two versions based on which activation requirement is met. The first is if you are in the top 2 during the second half of the race while on the third corner. Activating the skill this way gives you a velocity boost. The third corner is usually the first half of the last mid-race corner for Medium Races.

The second is if you are in the top 2 during the late-race while in the backstretch of the track, providing both a velocity and an acceleration boost. The backstretch is usually the straight before the final straight in Long races, and where the late-race starts. Because of this, you will experience the maximum acceleration effect possible.

As such, this skill shines brightest if used by a Front Runner in Long races, such as Kitasan Black.

This Unique Skill is unlocked and learned by the Umamusume by default. While you can increase it's level through certain Career Events, it can be permanently upgraded by unlocking more Stars through the Star Unlock system.

This skill can be passed down to other Umamusume through Legacies as Green Sparks.
