Pull Only if You Can Fully Uncap Her
Her instant +30 to all stats (if full uncap) is a massive help when starting a career as it will make the earlier races much easier for the stats. She also has Race Bonus unlocked when you reach this uncap level for her. Not only that but she has Failure Protection, making her act like a Pal Card.
With that said, she's great when she is maxed out but if you don't have enough carats to fully uncap her, opt to save for future banners.
Events are Luck-Based and Can End Early
Matikanefukukitaru has 3 Chain Events where the outcomes are randomized, making her a double-edged sword if you have her as she can provide massive boosts in your stats if you're lucky (up to +21 all stats and several skill points) or can end the chain early if luck isn't in your favor.
