Effect Control breathing and kick forward hard toward victory in the second half of the race after recovering endurance with skills at least 3 times.

Festive Miracle's main activation requirements is that you must activate three recovery skills, and you must be in the second half of the race. As such, this makes it easy to manipulate when the skill will activate.

Generally, you want two recovery skills that activate during the early to mid-race, such as Corner Recovery ◯ and Hydrate. The third recovery skill will then serve as the trigger for the skill to activate. Recovery skills that can fit this role include Triple 7s, After-School Stroll (if there is a downhill near the late-race), and Moxie (if there is an uphill near the late-race).

This Unique Skill is unlocked and learned by the Umamusume by default. While you can increase it's level through certain Career Events, it can be permanently upgraded by unlocking more Stars through the Star Unlock system.

This skill can be passed down to other Umamusume through Legacies as Green Sparks.
