Downtown Post Office Key and Location

Downtown Post Office is one of the locations in DMZ that requires a key to unlock to obtain cash rewards and high tier equipment. Read on to learn about the exact location of the Downtown Post Office, how to obtain the key, as well as the rewards that you can get from using the key.

Coordinates: F4 Note: Located at the North East Sector of the map. Building will have a Mail icon on your Tac-Map.

How to Get to the Downtown Post Office

1	The Post Office is located South West of Al-Mazrah City - the building has multiple entryways to choose from.
2	OPTION 1: Front Main Entrace - there will be two entrances on the front side of the Post Office.
3	OPTION 2: East Entrance - located at the Eastern side of the Post Office.
4	OPTION 3: West Entrance - located at the Western side of the Post Office.
5	OPTION 4: Back Entrance - located at the Southern side of the Post Office.
6	You can also climb up to the Roof Deck to gain access to the Post Office. Climb up on the van and scaffolding to reach the balcony.
7	On the balcony, another scaffolding will be present and a ladder for you to climb up on.
8	OPTION 5: After climbing up the ladder, you will then be greeted by the entrance to the 2nd Floor Post Office.
9	There will also also be two ladders present in the area which you can also use to access the East and West wing of the Post Office.

Looting Mailboxes

The Downtown Post Office is considered one of the best places to farm and hoard keys. There are a lot of mailboxes present inside the post office and each mailbox has a high chance of dropping keys to various locations.

Killing High-Leveled AI

Higher leveled AI have a bigger and better chance to drop keys. You can distinguish them from regular AI due to the difficulty, toughness and prolonged time of killing them.

There will be a lot of them inside the post office and you will have to fight them in close-quarters combat so be sure to bring a lot of armor plates, health stims, and a close-ranged weapon (preferably a Shotgun).

How to Get Downtown Post Office Key

Complete HVT Contracts

HVT Contracts are the best way to get keys as eliminating High-Valued Targets are guaranteed to drop keys. Head on over to one of the green crosshair icons on the map to accept HVT Contract missions.

Kill AI Combatants

Killing Enemy AI will have a chance to drop keys. You can create 'aggro' by fighting small groups of AI, this will lead them to call for backup and will send in more troops for you to farm keys!

Can be Obtained from Loot Containers

All loot containers will also have a rare chance to contain Keys to different locations. This includes, toolboxes, duffelbags, clothing, fridges, and other lootable objects.
