Sushang and Silver Wolf are the trial characters for the Ruin 2 stage. Silver Wolf is capable of adding another weakness type to the enemy which will aid Sushang and Hook defeat the enemies with ease.

Luocha can be exchanged with Natasha but he is best within the ruins due to his healing skill counted as a follow-up attack.

Note that you can find Hook by chance within the levels of the stage. You can bring Sampo or Dan Heng at the start instead if you don't have Hook or if you haven't built her!

How to Reach Surface Exploration Level 8

Level	Ruin 2 Surface Exploration Day 2
1	Level Details: Look Out - Enemies with the Suprise Attack ability will attack you according to your actions and drain your stamina. • Defeat the enemy with the Suprise Attack ability as soon as possible. • Search around the corners of the stage, where the Door Card will most likely be. • If you have extra stamina, pick up any Ancient Equipment you found before going to the next floor.
2	Level Details: Subsurface Encounter - In this level, you might encounter other Treasure Hunters. • There will be 2 enemies with the Suprise Attack ability. Go to the Normal one and defeat it. • Get the trial character and then make your way to defeat the Elite enemy with Suprise Attack. • The Door Card will likely be in the stage corners.
3	Level Details: Temperance - Enemies with the Growth ability will strengthen themselves according to your actions. • Defeat the Suprise Attack enemy first, and then the one with the Growth ability which will be next to it. • The Door Card will most likely be in the middle. • If you have stamina remaining, search for Supplies to restore your HP and Stamina, as well as Ancient Equipment for stat boosts.
4	Level Details: Subsurface Encounter - In this level, you might encounter other Treasure Hunters. • Defeat the Suprise Attack enemy first. • Get the trial character and look for the Door Card that's likely around the middle of the stage edges. • Avoid searching the stage corners as you might find an enemy with the Growth ability.
5	Level Details: Storage Room - In this level, a large number of items can be obtained. • If you have Ancient Bombs, use them to take out the Suprise Attack enemy without losing Stamina. • The Door Card will likely be in the stage corners. • Search for supplies to restore stamina, if needed.
6	Level Details: Rallying Call - Enemies with the Summoning ability will summon their comrades on blank areas according to your actions. • Get the trial character on the way to the Summoning enemy. • Defeat the Summoning enemy first before searching the rest of the stage. • The Door Card will likely be in the stage corners.
7	Level Details: Gang Up - Take note of enemy formations and act with caution. • If you have Ancient Bombs, use them to take out the Summoning enemy quicker. • Defeat the Suprise Attack enemy, then look for the Door Card that will likely be in the stage corners. • Search the rest of the stage for Ancient Equipment to get some stat buffs before the last stage.
8	Level Details: Siege Breaker - After defeating all enemies, you can activate the teleporter. • If you have Ancient Bombs, use them to take out the Summoning and Suprise Attack enemies quicker. • The remaining Elite enemy to defeat will likely be a few squares across the starting position. • Before leaving, search the rest of the stage for Ancient Equipment to boost your Inherited Stats for Deep Exploration.

How to Reach Deep Exploration Level 6

1	Level Details: Assured Ambush - Enemies with the Surprise Attack ability will attack you according to your actions and drain your Stamina. • The level will show you the Door Card immediately. • Press on the tiles available to you to get bombs. • Use the bombs to destroy the normal enemy near the door, the elite enemy, and the door card. • Before the surprise elite enemy can attack you, make a path towards it and defeat it. • Get and save any bombs you get in the level. • Once you defeat the enemy, you can get the Door Card to open the door or discover more resources within the level before you leave!
2	Level Details: Assured Ambush - Enemies with the Surprise Attack ability will attack you according to your actions and drain your Stamina. • Level 2 will likely have two Elite Ambush enemies and a trial character within the area. • Head for either one of them and defeat the enemies there. • After that make your way toward the trial character to invite them. • Get and save any bombs you get in the level. • The door card will likely be located at the bottom row or the edges of the rows.
3	Level Details: Battle Ready - Enemies with the Growth ability will appear immediately and put the surrounding area on lockdown. • If you have spare bombs from the previous levels, use them to clear out the enemies with Ambush Abilities. • Make your way toward the Elite Enemy with the Growth Ability and defeat it before it can grow stronger. • Head for the recruitment zone and bring any Quantum, Fire, Physical, Wind, and Ice characters that you have. • The door card is likely on one of the columns either on the left or right of the stage.
4	Level Details: Army Assembly - Enemies with the Summoning ability will summon their comrades on blank areas according to your actions. • Head for the enemies with the Summon Abilities and defeat them as soon as you can before they can summon anything in the area. • Get the trial character and invite them to your team! • The door card is likely on the top row of the stage. You can leave or get more equipment so long as your stamina can handle it!
5	Level Details: Assured Ambush - Enemies with the Surprise Attack ability will attack you according to your actions and drain your Stamina. • Press on the tiles available to you. You will likely get bombs. • Use the bombs on the normal enemies with the surprise attack abilities. • Use another bomb on any enemy blocking your path toward the Elite Enemy with the surprise attack ability and defeat it. • Get the Ancient Relic and keep pressing on the tiles until you see the Door Card to get to the last level!
6	Level Details: Razor's Edge - After defeating all enemies, you can activate the teleporter. • The stage will likely have enemies with the Surprise Attack Ability and a Summon Ability. • If you get a bomb, use it on them or defeat them manually once you have the path open. • Get the trial character within the stage area to aid you in the final part of the challenge. • The final boss is an Elite Enemy with a Growth Ability, once you unlock this tile, defeat it as soon as possible. • Once the boss has been defeated, you can get all the equipment to boost your stats or leave to complete the challenge!
