Day 7 of Stellar Flare is focused on spamming Ultimates to stack the stage effect, which buffs everyone's CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG. With this team, Silver Wolf will likely force a Quantum Elemental Weakness on the elite enemy, which allows Seele to break its shield.
Tingyun, the trial character, can exclusively buff Seele so she can constantly use her Ultimate. Bailu's role is to obviously heal the team and contribute to charging her allies' Ultimates which is possible with the stage effect.

Yanqing is also a solid choice since his Element is a Weakness of the elite enemy on Day 7. With this, you can replace Silver Wolf with a support of your choosing. You can also swap out your healer with an AoE DPS which can easily defeat the trash mobs in all the waves.

With this team, Tingyun's role is to exclusively buff either the Trailblazer or Herta. Natasha is added simply to improve survivability. If think you don't need a healer, you can replace Natasha with a support that you prefer using.

Spam Your Ultimates
The stage effect on Day 7 increases the Energy Regeneration Rate of your team and improves all units' CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG each time someone uses their Ultimate. With this, you'll have to constantly use your team's Ultimates to stack and maintain the stage effect!

Stormbringer, the elite enemy for Day 7 is generally slow and takes some time to deal high damage on your units. Focus on breaking its shield to stun and delay its turn further.
