Use Lightning and Ice in the First Half
All of the enemies in the first half are weak to Lightning. You can also bring Ice characters since all the elite enemies are weak to it.
Use Lightning and Fire Characters in the Second Half
Enemies in the second half are weak to Lightning and Fire. You can also bring Wind characters since some of the enemies are weak to it.
How to Beat Stage 1 - Category Mistake

Deal AoE Attacks
The Automaton Grizzly typically summons two Automaton Spiders. Try to kill the Automaton Spiders with AoE attacks since they deal Fire DMG to nearby enemies on death.
Category Mistake Second Half
Cleanse Alien Dream
Tomorrow in Harmonious Chords can inflict Alien Dream onto your characters, which prevents them from taking action. It also causes them to take more damage from the next attack they receive.
To deal with this, cleanse Alien Dream using characters who can cleanse debuffs from allies such as Hyacine and Permansor Terrae.
