    if you keep bronya or sparkle in mind, your dps can have more turns that way. For example: Jingliu takes her turn before Bronya, and after her Bronya uses her skill on Jingliu, action forwarding Jingliu to act again instead of in the next cycle and buffing her damage.

    "With this, Past and Future is a solid Light Cone for most Harmony characters as long as you SPD tune them to act after the DPS." Why? wouldn't it make sense to have the harmony character act before the DPS, so that the next ally taking action is the DPS?
