while I agree that Bailu isn't better than Luocha, your comment about her is asinine. This game isn't Genshin Impact and you absolutely need shielders and healers. The great thing about Honkai so far is that we don't have any terrible characters. You can even clear moc with the starter characters just fine.
Cope, even Natasha has clean debuff on teammates meanwhile BaiLoser has nothing just pure heal. Qiqi 2.0 😂😂

considering their main stat is always HP and Att respectively, then it's not worth mentioning. Im their cases the sub stat is what you wanna look at
